Delivery usually takes place the next working day after the payment of the order. The price for shipping is paid only once, regardless of the number of products in the order. Free shipping over 1000 CZK!

When ordering in the e-shop, choose the delivery point that is closest to you.
As soon as we hand over the goods for transport, we will send you an email with the tracking number. You can thus track the journey of your shipment online.
After the shipment has been delivered to the collection point of your choice, you will receive an SMS and an e-mail with a password. From now on, you can pick it up at any time within 7 days.
You can pick up your parcel at any time from the moment you get your password. Or, for example, send someone to pick it up, you only need to have the password from the shipment.
How can you pay with us?
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we will send the information needed for the transfer to your e-mail immediately after creating the order. The transfer can take up to 2 days.

You pay for the goods in cash to the driver of the courier company Zásilkovna. Please always prepare the necessary amount, this will speed up the delivery of the shipment. You can also pay for the goods with VISA, Maestro and MasterCard payment cards.
If you choose to pay by classic bank transfer, we will automatically send you payment instructions by e-mail. After the payment has been credited to our account, you will receive a tax receipt by e-mail.
When paying by bank transfer:
the transfer may take 2 working days, therefore the delivery date may be affected by the payment settlement date. That is why we recommend payment by card, which takes place almost immediately.
it is necessary that the amount is credited to our account no later than five working days after the confirmation of the order, otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled.
